More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section identifying different areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
